PRESIDENT'S XI VS SECRETARY'S XI FESTIVAL CRICKET MATCH on SUNDAY 15th JANUARY 2012, at East Bengal/ Aryan Ground, 9.30 AM Sharp.

The festival Cricket Match between the President’s XI and the Secretary’s XI has been fixed on Sunday, 15th January 2012 from 9.30 am sharp at the East Bengal/ Aryan Ground. We are thankful to our member Mr Samar Paul & Mr Kalyan Mazumdar for their kind co-operation and invaluable help. Special thanks to Mr Samar Paul, who like every year has once again offered to host the lunch, which will follow the match. The club will be arranging complimentary beverages for the members and their families. Kindly note that this programme is exclusively for Members and their families. No Guests are allowed in any circumstances. Members are requested to take special note of this. Members are further requested to inform the Club Office latest by Thursday, 12th January 2012 regarding their participation in the match, as well as confirm the number of heads from each family who are expected to have lunch, enabling us to inform the caterer accordingly to avoid wasteful expenditure. This has always been a very popular event over the years and we look forward to your wholehearted participation this year too.
